The ₹1,999 annual plan

The plan is for an informational business website with hosting, a FirmSaarthi address, up to 12 content sections, logo and business images, contact links, and account access to edit content. E-commerce, booking systems, custom applications and other integrations require a separate quote.

Delivery and your free preview

For a complete brief using a FirmSaarthi address, the delivery target is within 24 hours. We email you when the website goes live. The free preview lasts exactly 3 days from its first publication. If more information is needed, your dashboard shows what to provide.

Annual access and renewal

Get your website first and try it free for 3 days. If you choose to keep it, payment is ₹1,999 for one year. The checkout amount is shown before payment. We do not charge automatically. If you pay during your free preview, the annual period starts after the remaining preview. Otherwise it begins when payment is confirmed. Your dashboard shows the exact expiry date.

If the preview or plan expires, the public website goes offline and your brief stays available in your account. A confirmed payment reactivates it. For incorrect or disputed charges, duplicate payments, cancellation or refund enquiries, contact firmsaarthi@gmail.com with your request and payment references so we can review the transaction.

Your content and changes

You must have permission to publish the text, logos and images you submit. Published content and contact details are public. Your notification email is kept private. Signed-in owners can edit business details, sections and images. Changes to published content appear immediately; they do not reset the preview or plan period. Address changes require support.

Custom domains

Custom domain availability, registration, renewal charges and setup are agreed separately before purchase. A custom domain request does not trigger the 24-hour delivery target or a 3-day preview automatically. Use the contact option in your brief to discuss requirements.

Support and your account

Contact firmsaarthi@gmail.com for delivery help, content guidance, billing, domain changes or account and data removal requests. Include your request ID. Verify your email with a code to submit a brief and return to your websites. This creates or reuses your account without a password. Google sign-in and optional passwords are also available.
