What we save and why.

Sites by FirmSaarthi collects your account name and verified email, business brief, uploaded images, requested website address, website status and payment references to create and maintain your website.

Public and private information

Your business name, description, sections, phone, WhatsApp, address, hours, images and social links appear on your published website. Only provide details you want to make public. Account and notification emails, private tracking links and internal payment records are not displayed on that website.

Accounts and services

Verifying an email code creates or reuses your account and associates your submitted website brief with it. You can return with Google or a fresh email code; no password is required. Website requests are not stored or processed until you verify your email. We use Google to verify identity and payment processing, email delivery and hosting services to operate the product. We store payment identifiers and confirmation status. Card and bank credentials are handled by the payment service; they are not stored in your Sites account.

Drafts, sessions and tracking links

Text drafts are stored in your browser so you can return to the form. Selected image files are uploaded only when you submit. Signed-in sessions use a secure HTTP-only cookie on HTTPS. Keep private tracking links safe, as they provide access to your request. Use My websites when signed in for account-based access.

Updates and retention

We email you about delivery, preview expiry, payment and annual expiry. Your brief remains in your account after a preview or plan ends so you can return later. To request a copy, correction or deletion of your information, email firmsaarthi@gmail.com from your account email. Payment records may need to be retained for transaction support and record keeping.
